AL AIN CITY TOUR

Al Ain, known as the Garden City is one of the oldest settlements in the region. It is a stunningly green city with an incredible number of public parks and numerous green houses.

Al Ain is one of the agricultural center of the Emirates and also a university town & the birthplace of the President of the UAE.

Our first visit, on arrival to this oasis town surrounded by red sand, is to the most important museum in the UAE where you can see artifacts from a famous excavation site nearby, ancient Arabic manuscripts and royal treasures.

Next is a trip to the quaint camel market where you have a good opportunity to observe these extraordinary “ships of desert”.

We continue the tour with a visit to the nearby oasis village of Buraimi in the Oman territory, where we will also have a lunch. The village is an exciting experience with its old forts, date palm groves and 2000 year old irrigation systems called Falaj, which are still in use.

Afterwards we proceed to Hili gardens, the excavation site of a tomb dating back 3000 B.C. and other Archaeological discoveries.
